When CGG Brazil, “Compagnie Générale de Géophysique/Veritas,” came to us to design its stand and make all the management of the services involved in its participation in the Brazilian Society of Geophysics Annual Congress and Fair at SulAmérica Convention Center presented a challenge for the project, events that would be held in parallel in four elements: technology, illumination, innovation and transparency.
Creation and Engagement process with the customer
Through a participatory co-creation process, Bureau Events and the customer lined project and services through regular meetings, samples submission, several tests, tastings and training of the teams involved. During the briefing we were asked to present interactive floor with picture to refer to a seismic record on chart, an easily accessible and interactive lectures area, using a lot of projection technology, sound and video, all the furniture should be very modern and clean, the branding should be explored in all dimensions contained in the company’s guideline, based on lightness, transparency and lighting. For the brand activation, freebies distribution, daily happy hours with live shows and catering signed by Chef Daniel Pinho Gastronomy, La Sagrada Familia Restaurant. The receptionists were very well trained and customized uniform.
The stand was quite busy during the four-day conference and fair, CGG team was heavily involved in the attention, leaving the entire stand management on Bureau Events team. The company’s brand was seen from almost every angle of the event. In the end, everyone was very pleased with the result of this work that may be accessed on the video beside.
